John's Story
“I have worked for many years in the field of ADHD with children, adolescents and adults. Understanding the many sides of ADHD is important not only to those with ADHD, but also to the people in their lives, therefore current and relevant education is a large part of the ADHD counselling I employ.
I also work with individuals with learning disorders and intellectual and physical disabilities. I bring a holistic approach, focusing on the “whole-person”, when working with people to achieve their goal of living with more balance, purpose and fulfillment.
As a licensed therapist and educator, I bring a unique perspective to working with adults. I can also assist with career counselling and Executive Functioning issues.”
Personal Statement
"It's time to start feeling like yourself again"
Anxiety, hopelessness, depression, ADHD, and job and school-related issues can deny adults the lives they wish to live. As an educator, counsellor and therapist, I have worked with people to help reduce the impact of issues negatively affecting them and helped them to discover and pursue more fulfilling lives. I provide a highly positive, strength-based, educational and thought-changing style of therapy in a safe, respectful and engaging environment. It is a holistic approach, focusing on the total person.
It’s time to start feeling like yourself again.
